Potencial emprendedor del sector agroalimentario: una revisión sistemática de literatura

Resumen

La presente investigación lleva a cabo una revisión sistemática de literatura sobre el emprendimiento potencial dentro del contexto de agronegocios y se basa en la revisión artículos científicos publicados en revistas indexadas en la base de datos Scopus, con el objetivo general de definir el estado del arte empresarial del sector agroalimentario con énfasis en su potencial emprendedor. La revisión muestra que los modelos intencionales de comportamiento emprendedor continúan siendo un marco predominante para entender el emprendimiento agrícola. Sin embargo, a pesar de la importancia del sector agroindustrial por su capacidad de incrementar el acceso de alimentación de las regiones, el análisis demuestra que la investigación científica es escasa. Esto representa una oportunidad para futuras investigaciones, especialmente, cuando los fundamentos teóricos de modelos de conducta planificada sugieren que su aplicación debe ser específica en términos de objeto y contexto, en este caso, las intenciones empresariales son el objeto y el sector del agronegocio, el contexto.
