Abstract

Besides being attractive for its exquisite cuisine, by the decision of its owner, chef Roberto Barahona, for many years the now defunct La Feria restaurant served as a significant cultural space for the canton of Turrialba. Thus, besides being a popular art gallery, it frequently hosted literary encounters and poetry recitals, where Marco Aguilar was always present, as described by Barahona in this article.
