When submitting an article for publishing in Tecnología en Marcha, authors must declare the originality of their work, as follows:

“I certify that the article presented herewith to the journal Tecnología en Marcha, published by Editorial Tecnológica de Costa Rica, has not been divulged in any of its previous forms, and I commit myself not to submit it to any other publishing media while taking part in the process of acceptance in this editorial and thereafter, in case it will be accepted.  

Besides, I declare that the manuscript is original, and its content is a product of my direct intellectual contribution. Data and material from other sources have been properly identified and accurately cited with the respective credits in the text, and included in the reference list.

I also assume my responsibility in any litigation or claim related to intellectual property rights; therefore, I release Editorial Tecnológica de Costa Rica from any liability concerning therewith.

In case the article is accepted for publication, I authorize Editorial Tecnológica de Costa Rica to include it in the journal Tecnología en Marcha and, as a matter of fact, to edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, and communicate it, in the country or abroad, through print or electronic media."
