Abstract

SerenityApp is a mobile application developed at UTN to support student mental health through artificial intelligence, professional psychological assistance, and other interactive methods. Aimed at diploma and undergraduate students, it was validated through surveys with over 260 participants, of whom 87% would use the app and 90.1% would be willing to schedule appointments through it. Its development, based on agile methodologies, incorporated continuous feedback from students and experts.
