Abstract

In the present work, an instrumentation system was designed to measure the power produced by an electric power generator in W-h. The variables that were measured in the system were: voltage, electric current and speed. The system consists of a voltage divider sensor FZ0430 that measures the voltage that enters the battery from the generator, an ACS712 current sensor, which measures the intensity of the electric current between the positive (+) of the battery and the positive (+) of the generator and a V1-SENSORVE sensor to detect the dynamic speed; which is activated when the electric power generator starts to work. A program was carried out under the Arduino platform for the acquisition of the data, analysis and processing of the information of the 3 sensors, showing the speed and power generated in a 16 × 2 LCD display.
