The authors keep the author's rights and cede to TRAMA magazine the right of the first publication so that it can be edited, reproduced, distributed, exhibited and communicated in the country and abroad through printed and electronic media.  Also, they assume the commitment on any litigation or claim related to intellectual property rights, exonerating of responsibility so much to the TRAMA - Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, as to the Technological Publishing House of Costa Rica. In addition, it is established that authors may enter into other independent and additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the article published in this journal (e.g., include it in an institutional repository or publish it in a book) provided that they clearly indicate that the work was first published in this journal.
