As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  1. Articles must be original, unpublished and cannot participate simultaneously in other processes.
  2. The articles should follow this minimum structure: title (in English and Spanish), abstract (in English and Spanish), keywords (in English and Spanish), introduction (opening, background, background, purpose, challenge or research problem), theoretical context, method, methodology (how he did it and action), results, discussion (surtary or high-voltage, importance and resolution, is what is learned), conclusions (to what extent does the paradigm change thanks to his work?, return to the problem that was identified at the beginning) and/or recommendations, bibliographic references and thanks (if applied).
  3. The extension of the works should range from 15 to 25 pages of 21.5 x 28 cm (8.5 x 11 inches). It should be presented in a Microsoft Word document, with an interline of 1.5, in a column, in letter Arial, 12 sts.
  4. The title of the article should be appropriate, descriptive of the work, attractive, direct, clear and be in Spanish and English.
  5. It is necessary to indicate clearly the name and two surnames of the author (in alphabetical order or according to the contribution of each person), profession, e-mail, workplace or institutional affiliation (institution, department, school or agency to which an author is attached or affiliated; full name of the institution), city, country, postal address and e-mail address.
  6. Keywords and summary should be presented in Spanish and English.[1] Keywords do not repeat the words of the title and represent the article well, with synonyms to improve positioning and search on the Internet. The summary (condemnation and reveals the complexity of the article and includes, for example, purpose, scope, identification of the research question, multi/inter/trans/disciplinary method of the problem, main finding, more forceful conclusion) should be composed of 200 to 250 words.
  7. The images should be sent in a file other than the main document. If scanned, the minimum resolution is 300 ppi. The formats allowed are: .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .psd and .ai.
  8. Mathematical formulas and equations should be done with Microsoft Office or MathType's Equation Editor.
  9. The International Unit System will be used accordingly.
  10. The bibliography bibliografíawill appear at the end of the document, alphabetically ordered by the author's surname and according to the APA (American Psychological Association) format 2010, which establishes, among other aspects:
  • Printed book : Surname, initials of the name of the author. (Year of publication). Book title. Place of publication. Editorial.
  • Electronic book : Surname, initials of the name of the author. (Year of publication).Title of the book. Recovered from http://
