¿Cómo la orientación emprendedora estimula la creatividad?: el papel mediador del sentido del trabajo

Resumen

Si bien las PYMES peruanas constituyen un soporte importante para la economía como generadoras de empleo, son vulnerables a su supervivencia debido a la ausencia de conocimiento sobre emprendimiento y estrategias de innovación para su crecimiento sostenido. Por lo tanto, esta investigación busca determinar el impacto de la orientación emprendedora en la estimulación de la creatividad. Además, analizamos el rol mediador del significado del trabajo en la relación entre la orientación emprendedora y la estimulación de la creatividad en empleados de PYMES peruanas. Para probar las hipótesis propuestas, se aplicó un paradigma epistemológico cuantitativo con un enfoque post positivista en una muestra de 348 empleados (148 PYMES) de las ciudades peruanas de Lima y Arequipa. Los resultados mostraron que la orientación emprendedora produce un efecto directo, positivo y significativo en la estimulación de la creatividad. La evidencia presentada en este estudio también verifica el rol mediador de la efectividad del significado del trabajo en la relación entre la orientación emprendedora y la estimulación de la creatividad.
