Capacitación, Conocimiento y Competitivad de las MiPYMES Formales Costarricenses

Abstract
Se presentan los resultados de una investigación, en las micros,pequeñas y medianas empresas formales costarricenses, relacionadacon los esfuerzos en capacitación o actualización de conocimientosy la sostenibilidad empresarial, esto desde la percepción que tienenlos empresarios para ser competitivos en el mercado actual. Sereflexiona sobre la importancia de la productividad, para aportar ala competitividad de las unidades productivas dentro del mercadoen que se encuentran actualmente como del entorno internacional.
Se obtiene como resultado, la importancia de la inclusiónen la elaboración y ejecución de las estrategias de sostenibilidad,a los diversos actores involucrados y responsables de mejorar lascondiciones de competitividad y desarrollo del país, tales como:las universidades, el gobierno, las municipalidades, las cámaras,el sistema bancario u otros actores del nivel meso. Este grupo deactores deben ser pilares en el impulso a las condiciones necesariaspara establecer y fortalecer las redes productivas, que faciliten eldesarrollo de factores intangibles –como lo es el conocimiento y laexperiencia- que estimulen competencias endógenas, impulsando elincremento de la productividad y coadyuven la articulación entre losdiversos actores sociales, económicos y ambientales que participanen la concepción de las condiciones de competitividad y de calidadde vida de las sociedades.
ABSTRACT
The result of a research on formal Costa Rican MSMEsis shown in relation to efforts done regarding education orknowledge update and entrepreneurial sustainability from theperspective that entrepreneurs have to be competitive in today’smarkets. An important consideration is given to productivityto support the competitiveness of productive units in theiroperating market as in the international market as well.
As a result, the importance of including the preparationand execution of sustainable strategies by the various partiesinvolved and responsible for the competitiveness anddevelopment of the country such as: universities, governments,(national and municipal), industrial and commercechambers, banking system and other actors at medium levelis examined since they provide the necessary conditions tocreate and strengthen productive networks in order to helpthe development of intangible factors such as knowledge andexperience that stimulate endogenous competitiveness. Thusthey help to boost productivity and the interaction of thedifferent social, economic and environmental performers thatparticipate in the conception of conditions for competitivenessand quality of life in their societies.
