Abstract

The extension project “Professional Development for Primary School Teachers in the Area of Geometry, República de Bolivia School, Los Santos Region” (code: 1701-1440-0007) was implemented by the Tecnológico de Costa Rica School of Mathematics during the first semester of 2025. Seventeen primary school teachers participated in four face-to-face workshops structured around the concrete ͢  representational  ͢  digital trajectory, integrating GeoGebra and selected, adapted manipulative materials. A total of 82.4% of the teachers evaluated the proposal positively, while 88.2% expressed their intention to incorporate what they had learned into classroom practice. These results indicate a favorable reception of the training process and an initial willingness to use the strategies addressed in the workshops.
