Las Prácticas de Alto Rendimiento en Recursos Humanos: el Caso Español

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivoprioritario ahondar en el conocimiento sobre la tipologíae intensidad del uso en las empresas españolas de lasdenominadas Prácticas de Alto Rendimiento de recursoshumanos. Para llevar a término este análisis se utilizóuna metodología multivariada sobre una muestra de184 empresas pertenecientes a la asociación AEDIPE.Además del análisis descriptivo, se ha intentado explicarqué contextos estratégicos y organizativos favorecenla aparición de estas prácticas de recursos humanos.Creemos que este esfuerzo tiene una clara recompensapráctica, ya que permite no sólo dilucidar la “salud”en materia de recursos humanos del tejido empresarialespañol, sino además alertar al empresario, qué conoceperfectamente su contexto estratégico y organizativo,sobre los peligros en materia de recursos humanos enlos que está incurriendo.
ABSTRACT
This investigation has as main objective to deepenin the knowledge of the use in the Spanish companiesof typology and intensity denominated as of HumanResources High Performance Practices. In order tofulfill this analysis a multivariate methodology wasused on a sample of 184 companies pertaining to theAEDIPE association. In addition to the descriptiveanalysis, it has been tried to explain what strategic andorganizational contexts favor the appearance of thesehuman resources practices. We believe this effort a clearrewarding practice, since it allows not only to explain“health” regarding human resources of the Spanishenterprise fabric, but additionally to alert the managerthat perfectly knows his strategic and organizationalcontext about the dangers in the matter of humanresources which he is making.
