La Inteligencia Emocional aplicada a la Administración de Personal

Abstract
Cada día se impone un nuevo concepto en elmanejo del personal de las empresas. Se trata dela inteligencia emocional, que le ha dado vida a lasrelaciones humanas, tanto internas como externas, hapotenciado las actividades gerenciales y ha logradoque se aproveche al máximo la energía que aportan losseres humanos, quienes constituyen lo más importantede la actividad de cualquier empresa. Por esta razón,se exploran los conceptos de inteligencia emocional,así como su aplicación en el ámbito de las empresas,particularmente en sus departamentos de personal. Deigual manera, se relaciona la inteligencia emocional conlas pérdidas de energía humana las cuales malogran laoptimización de los recursos y el logro de los objetivos,principalmente planteados en su misión y visión.
ABSTRACT
Every day a new concept in the handling of companypersonnel is prevailing. It is the emotional intelligencethat has given life to human relations- both internaland external, has energized management activities andhas taken maximum advantage of the energy of humanbeings, who constitute the most important part of theactivity of any company. For this reason, the conceptsof emotional intelligence as well as their application inthe scope of the companies are explored, particularlyin their Personnel Departments. By the same way,emotional intelligence is related to the loss of humanenergy that spoil the optimization of resources and themeeting of objectives, mainly those declared in theirmission and vision.
